Our world is changing fast! Humanity is moving into what Klaus Schwab has called the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Traditional training has been based on long PowerPoint presentations, hours of study, and fact memorization. Consuming a lot of information isn’t learning. Adobe says it perfectly, “Being informed is not the same as being educated.” (Source).
